After googling around, I found the solution and then I can use Zekr on my Sabily 11.04 Badr smoothly.
If you use Sabily 11.04 Badr and have same problem like above, you can use this method to fix it.
Firstly we need to install Java JRE by using this command,
sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ lucid partner"
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jre
then run this command,
sudo update-java-alternatives -l
maybe version will be shown for example like this,
java-1.5.0-sun 53 /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun
java-6-sun 63 /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun
then set default Java to Sun Java by using this command,
sudo update-java-alternatives --set java-6-sun
Now you can run your Zekr and try. It should be no problem anymore and you can use it smoothly.
Here I attach a video of my Zekr run on Sabily 11.04 Badr.
